Wimbledon College of Art 3rd Year Costume Design and Interpretation students, collaborating  with  Wild Works theatre company and Historic Royal Palaces created a  spectacular jewelled, chiffon,sequins, velvet and wax costumes parade as part of Kesington Palace’s ‘Enchanted Palace’ exhibition.  The students and their models paraded  costumes, created to represent the stories and famous inhabitants of the Palace,  in the magnificant  Stone Hall and then outside in the walled Gardens.   You can see these pieces  and more at the Summer Show at Wimbledon opening on 18th June.

The Hobbit

Abigial Hammond, who teaches costume at Wimbledon College of Art has designed the costumes for the production of The Hobbit currently on at the Wimbledon Theatre.
